How We Work
Work on your roof can feel like a big undertaking, and most of the anxiety comes from not knowing what happens next. This is what working with us looks like, step by step.

Getting in Touch and Inspecting the Roof
1. Get in Touch
Send an enquiry, call, or message Ben or Alex directly. Tell us the address, what sort of project it is and what you are trying to achieve.
There is no obligation at this stage. We are happy to have a short conversation to work out whether we are the right fit before anyone books anything.
2. Site Inspection
Once we understand the project we arrange a time to come and look at it. Every commercial and industrial project is inspected on site.
For residential work we can often give a preliminary estimate from photos and measurements, with a full inspection before any work starts. The inspection is free and comes with no obligation.
Choosing Materials and Agreeing the Price
3. Project Discussion
We go through the material options, the scope of work, how the job would be staged and timed, and any compliance considerations such as asbestos or WorkSafe requirements.
This is also where the decisions that affect the look of the finished roof get made: the profile and the Colorbond colour.
4. Written Quote
You receive a written quote setting out the full scope of work, the materials including brand, profile and colour, the labour, any scaffolding or access equipment, the roof plumbing and the project timeline.
No lump sums and no vague line items. You can see what you are paying for.
5. Contract
A written agreement confirms the scope, price, timeline, payment schedule and warranty terms. Once it is signed the price is fixed.
Commercial projects also include a Safe Work Method Statement and any WorkSafe notification the site requires before work can commence.
Building the Roof and Handing It Over
6. Work Commences
You have a named point of contact for the duration, managing site safety, material deliveries, waste removal and trade coordination.
7. Completion and Handover
A final inspection checks the detail before we call it finished. You receive the warranty documentation, any compliance certificates including asbestos clearance certificates where they apply, and a clean site.
