A Roof That Keeps Your Business Running
We are a metal roofing company working on warehouses, factories and commercial buildings across Victoria. We build and look after roofs that keep water off your stock, your tenants happy and your business running.
We work directly with owners, asset managers and facilities managers on full re-roofing, sectional repairs, asbestos removal, preventative maintenance, and the box gutters and drainage that carry a large roof area.
Everything is staged around the operation rather than the other way around, with the Safe Work Method Statements and WorkSafe notifications the site requires. Contact us for a free quote.

First class-Alex and the team were friendly, professional, and did what they said they would do. Couldn't fault them on our re-roofing project at a community kindergarten.

Commercial Roofing Questions
Usually yes. Commercial re-roofing is staged in sections so only part of the roof is open at a time, and the sequence is planned around your operation rather than ours. We work out the staging with you before the job is booked.
Yes. Our licensed team manages containment, removal and compliant disposal, and you receive the asbestos clearance certificate as part of the handover. Commercial work also includes the WorkSafe notification and Safe Work Method Statements the site requires.
Victoria wide, where the size of the project makes the travel worthwhile. Our residential work is focused on Melbourne's east and south east, but commercial and industrial projects take us well beyond that.
Yes. Preventative maintenance programs are available, which generally means inspecting the roof and the drainage on a set cycle and dealing with problems while they are still small. Inspections happen as part of that program rather than as a standalone service.
Owners, asset owners and facilities managers directly. We are not chasing subcontract work at square metre rates, which means we are accountable to the person who owns the building.

Commercial and Industrial Roofing Across Victoria
Commercial Roof Installation
New commercial roofs sit inside a build program, which means the roof going on is what lets the following trades start. Large spans, crane and access logistics and compliance documentation are all part of the job rather than extras.

Commercial Re-Roofing
Most commercial re-roofing happens because the existing roof is leaking onto something valuable. The work is staged so the building stays weathertight and operating, and where the old roof contains asbestos it is removed under licence as part of the same project.

Repairs and Preventative Maintenance
A large roof gives you plenty of warning before it fails, if someone is looking. Scheduled maintenance means the blocked sump, the corroded flashing and the handful of loose fixings get dealt with at a fraction of what an unplanned failure costs in stock and downtime.

Box Gutters and Roof Drainage
Commercial roofs shed enormous volumes of water into box gutters and sumps that sit inside the building line. When one of those backs up the water goes inside, which is why drainage capacity is one of the first things we look at on an older commercial roof.

Asbestos Roof Replacement
Asbestos cement sheeting is still common on older commercial and industrial buildings. It cannot simply be removed and taken to the tip, and the removal is where most of the compliance sits. We handle it in-house under licence.
