We offer scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial roofs, which means inspecting the roof and its drainage on a set cycle and dealing with what we find while it is still cheap to deal with.
We also do reactive repairs: damaged sheets, failed flashings, corroded sections and drainage faults on roofs where something has already gone wrong. Inspections happen as part of a maintenance program rather than as a standalone service.
