It depends on the pitch of the roof, the style of the house and how much of the roof you actually see from the ground. Corrugated suits traditional homes, and concealed-fix profiles like Klip-Lok give a cleaner line with no visible fasteners. We bring the options to the inspection and talk through what suits your place.
Yes. We are roof plumbers, so gutters, box gutters, downpipes, rainheads and flashings are part of the same job rather than a separate trade you have to organise.
It comes down to the size and pitch of the roof, how hard it is to get access and equipment to the site, and the profile and colour you choose. We inspect the property and then give you a written quote, and the price is fixed once you sign.
Yes, and that is normally how it works. The roof goes on once the frame is up so the building is closed in and the internal trades can get going. We coordinate the timing with whoever is running the build.
