Not Every Roof Needs Replacing
A roof can be in good overall condition and still have a problem. A branch has come through a sheet, the screws along one run have backed out, or the flashing where a lower roof meets a wall has given up.
Those are localised faults on a roof that has years left in it, and replacing the whole thing would be an expensive way to solve them.
The risk is the other direction too. Patching a roof that is genuinely at the end of its life is money into something that needs replacing anyway.
Fix What Is Broken, Keep What Is Not
We replace damaged and corroded sheets in sections, refix or replace failed fixings, and reform flashings at the chimneys, wall junctions and penetrations where most leaks actually start.
Because metal roofing is the only trade we work in, we can tell you honestly whether the repair is worth doing or whether you will be back next winter. That advice is the most useful part of the visit.

If the damage is localised and the rest of the roof is sound, repair. If corrosion is general or you are chasing a new leak every year, replacement is the better spend. We inspect it and tell you which it is.
No. We are not a 24 hour emergency service and repairs are scheduled work. If your roof is actively leaking, contact us and we will tell you the earliest we can get someone out.
Most sectional repairs are a day or less once we are on site, depending on access and how much sheeting or flashing is involved. We confirm that when we quote.
