Tile to Metal Conversions
Taking a tile roof off and putting metal on removes several tonnes from the roof frame. That is a structural change, so some houses need an engineer to look at it and a building permit before work starts. We organise that side of it, cart the tiles away, and install the new Colorbond roof.
