Tile to Metal Conversions
A tile roof that has already been re-pointed once is usually a conversion candidate rather than a repair candidate, since repairing and re-pointing tile is not work we take on. Removing the tiles lifts a lot of weight off the frame, which can bring an engineer and a building permit into the job depending on the house. We coordinate that, cart the tiles away and install the new metal roof.

Roof Repairs
Repairs are scheduled work for us rather than call outs, because we are not a 24 hour emergency service. What we can do is get someone up at the earliest time we have, find where the water is entering and quote the fix. Failed flashings, corroded valleys, damaged sheets and loose fixings are all repairable on a roof that is otherwise sound.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Older housing often has box gutters running behind a parapet or between two roof planes, and those are the ones that do real damage, because a failure drains into the building instead of over the edge. Correct falls, correct sizing and a working overflow are most of that job. We also replace eaves gutters, fascia and downpipes, though gutter cleaning is not something we take on.
