It does mean an engineer may need to look at it and a building permit may be required, and where planning controls apply to a property we check them before quoting. We coordinate all of that, remove and cart away the tiles, then sark and sheet the roof in your chosen Colorbond.

Roof Repairs
Repairs make sense on a roof with life left in it. Corroded valleys, flashings that have come away from a chimney or a wall, cracked sheets and fixings that have lifted can be dealt with section by section. Getting up there safely is part of the work, and so is telling you honestly when repairs have stopped being the cheaper path.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
On a two storey house a failed box gutter or a blocked internal downpipe sends water into the building rather than over the edge of it, and the damage is usually well advanced before anyone notices. We re-lay box gutters with correct falls and sizing, add overflows where they are missing, and replace eaves gutters, fascia and downpipes. Gutter cleaning is not part of our work.
