We strip the old covering, check the frame and battens while they are exposed, and lay new Colorbond with fresh flashings throughout. Tile to Metal Conversions
Still got the original tiles? Moving to metal is a decision worth making once rather than chasing cracked tiles year after year. We do not repair or re-point tiles, so what we quote is the conversion: tiles and battens off and carted away, frame assessed, new steel roof on. Engineering input and a permit are sometimes needed, and we sort out which at the inspection.

Roof Repairs
Plenty of roofs we inspect have years left in them and need a repair rather than a rebuild. Failed flashings, a rusted valley, split penetrations around a flue or a vent, and tired fixings cover most of what causes a leak. We will tell you which of those you have, and whether spending money on it makes sense.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Water that cannot get away does more damage than water coming through a sheet. Rusted gutter joins, box gutters that have lost their fall, and downpipes undersized for the roof above are the faults we find most often. We repair and replace gutters, box gutters, downpipes and rainheads, either on their own or with a new roof. We do not clean gutters.

Metal Cladding
Cladding does for a wall what a roof sheet does for the top of the house, and it is usually an extension or a rebuild that raises the question. Matching new brickwork to old rarely works, so cladding the new part in steel is often the better looking answer. We install Colorbond as well as zinc, copper and aluminium.
