Tile to Metal Conversions
Swapping tile for metal is one of the bigger jobs we do on a house. The tiles and battens come off and get carted away, the frame gets checked now that it is carrying a fraction of the weight, and the new Colorbond roof goes on. Some houses need an engineer and a permit before that starts, and we organise it.

Roof Repairs
Plenty of roofs do not need replacing at all. If the sheeting is sound and the problem is a flashing, a few corroded sheets or fixings that have worked loose, that gets repaired in sections. What you want out of the inspection is a straight answer on whether you are in that situation.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
More water gets into houses through the drainage than through the roof itself. Gutters rust out at the joins, box gutters get the falls wrong or were never sized for the area draining into them, and downpipes end up discharging against a wall. We do the whole system, though not gutter cleaning.
