Taking a tile roof off and putting metal on changes the proportions of a house, so the profile and the colour deserve a real decision rather than a default. It is also a heavier job than a metal to metal swap, because the tiles have to be removed and carted and the battens usually need replacing. Where engineering input and a building permit apply to your address, we organise them.

Roof Repairs
Junctions fail before sheets do. A chimney flashing that has lifted, a valley that has corroded while the roof either side is sound, or the point where a lower roof runs into a wall will all let water in without the roof being finished. We repair that sort of work rather than talking you into a replacement you do not need yet.

Guttering is usually the same age as the roof above it, so it tends to be on the same timeline. We replace gutters, box gutters, rainheads and downpipes, and tie the drainage back into the roof with new flashings. Cleaning gutters is not a service we offer, so if that is all you need we will point you elsewhere.
