We look at where the water is actually getting in, how much corrosion has spread through the sheets and fixings, and what condition the flashings and gutters are in. A roof with isolated problems and sound sheeting is worth repairing. A roof rusting through in several places is money better spent on a replacement.

We replace tile roofs with metal, which is one of our main jobs. What we do not do is repair or re-point tiles, so if the plan is to keep the tile roof you will need a tiler rather than us.
