Roof Repairs
On a steel roof that still has life in it, a repair is the sensible spend and we will tell you when that is the case. Corroded valleys, flashings that have lifted at a wall or chimney, split penetrations and fixings that have worked loose cause most of the leaks we see. We do not repair tile roofs, so if your roof is tiled the conversation turns to replacement instead. Repairs are scheduled work rather than a callout service.
