The faults we find most are flashings that have lifted at a wall or chimney, valleys corroded while the sheets beside them are fine, penetrations that have split and fixings that have worked loose. Any of those can be fixed without touching the rest of the roof. Repair visits are booked in, because we do not run an after hours service.
