Some houses need an engineer to assess the frame and a building permit issued first, and arranging that is part of our job rather than yours. The tiles and battens are removed and taken away, then the new steel roof, flashings and guttering go on. You choose the profile and the colour, which together do most of the work of changing how the house looks.
