All of those are fixable without touching the rest of the roof. We do not repair or re-point tile roofs, so if that is what is above you, replacement is the honest answer.

A gutter that cannot carry what the roof sheds sends water over the back edge and into the wall instead of out to the street. Undersized runs, rusted joints and downpipes that were never enough for the roof area all do the same damage quietly. We replace guttering and downpipes, size them properly for the roof above them, and rebuild box gutters with the falls they should have had. Cleaning gutters is not part of what we do.
