Repairs are booked work for us rather than a callout, so the useful thing to do is describe what you are seeing when you get in touch. A stain that grows in the rain, a rusted run of sheets, a flashing lifting at a parapet. We will look at it, tell you whether it is worth repairing, and be straight with you if the roof is past the point where another repair makes sense.
