Tile to Metal Conversions
The tiles come off first, along with the old battens in most cases, and the frame gets looked at properly while it is exposed. New battens go down, then sarking, then the sheets, so what you end up with is a complete roof system rather than new tin over old timber. Disposal of the tiles is ours to arrange and is priced in. Where the load change needs an engineer or a permit, we organise that before the first tile moves.

The catch is colour, because a sheet made this year will not sit invisibly next to one that has been fading for twenty.
