Converting a tile roof to metal takes several tonnes off the frame, which can mean engineering input and a building permit depending on the house. We coordinate that work, strip and cart away the tiles, and install the new roof. It is also the change that alters how a house looks most.

Roof Repairs
Repairs are worth doing on a roof that has life left in it. Corroded sheets in one section, a flashing that has lifted at a wall junction, fixings that have backed out over twenty years. What you should get from the inspection is a clear answer on whether repairing it is money well spent or money spent twice.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
A lot of water damage starts in the drainage. Gutters rust at the joins first, box gutters fail when the falls are wrong or the sump is too small for the roof above it, and a downpipe pointed at a wall finds its way inside eventually. We install, replace and repair all of it. Gutter cleaning is not something we offer.

Metal Cladding
We clad walls in the same materials we roof with, from Colorbond steel through to zinc, copper and aluminium. On an extension it solves the problem of matching the original brickwork by not trying to, and it carries the same lifespan as the roof above it.
