Tile to Metal Conversions
Converting from tile takes a lot of weight off the frame and can bring an engineer and a building permit into the job, both of which we organise. The tiles are carted away and the battens renewed before the steel goes on. Any solar, skylights or flues are re-set into the new roof rather than left sitting on it.

Roof Repairs
Most of the repairs we are called to are at a junction rather than in the middle of a sheet. Skylight surrounds, flue collars, wall flashings and valleys account for the bulk of it, and all of them can be replaced while the sheeting around them stays. We will tell you when the sheets themselves are the real problem.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Gutters and downpipes do the work the roof cannot, and they fail at the joins and anywhere undersized. We replace and repair gutters, box gutters, rainheads, downpipes and fascia and size them to the roof area feeding them. Gutter cleaning is not something we offer.

Cladding brings roofing steel onto a wall, which suits upper levels and extensions and also lets the roof to wall flashing be detailed cleanly. Colorbond steel is the standard choice, with zinc, copper and aluminium where the design calls for something else. Where a wall carries vents or service penetrations, those are flashed the same way the roof ones are.
