Roof Repairs
Repair work is a good chunk of what we do, and most of it is detailing. Chimney and wall flashings, valley irons, penetrations around vents and pipes, and fixings that have loosened over the years. Fixing the junction properly is what stops the leak, and it can be done without disturbing sheeting that is still sound.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Roof drainage takes the most punishment and gets the least attention. Gutters give way at the joins, box gutters overflow when the fall or the sump is undersized, and a blocked or badly placed downpipe pushes water back under the roof. We replace and repair all of it, fascia included, though we do not offer gutter cleaning.
