Yes. The Basin is part of the City of Knox, and our yard is in Rowville within the same council. Send the address and we will book a look at the roof.
Look at it on site, in daylight, against the brick or weatherboard it will sit above. We bring the Colorbond range to the inspection, because a colour reads quite differently across a whole roof than it does on a small chip held indoors.
It matters. Profile changes how much shadow the roof throws and how the lines of the house read, and some profiles need a minimum pitch to work properly. We go through the options that suit your roof before you decide.
Very little. Colorbond is designed to be left alone, and what needs attention over the years is usually the gutters and the junctions rather than the sheets. We point out anything worth keeping an eye on when we finish.

Roof Replacement and Re-Roofing
A replacement gets the house a roof that will outlast most of what sits under it, which is why the specification is worth getting right. We strip the old covering, deal with the frame and battens while they are open, and install Colorbond with new ridge capping, valleys and flashings. Tile to Metal Conversions
Nothing changes the look of a house as much as taking the tiles off and putting steel on. It is also a structural change, since several tonnes leave the roof frame, so engineering advice and a building permit are sometimes needed and we arrange them. The tiles go, the battens are renewed, and the new roof goes on.

Roof Repairs
Where the sheeting is still sound, a repair keeps the roof going without the cost of replacing it. Flashings, valley irons, penetrations and loose fixings are the usual culprits and can be dealt with in sections. We will tell you honestly when a repair is worth doing and when it is only postponing the roof.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
New guttering finishes a roof properly, and chosen from the same colour range it either disappears or picks out the trim, whichever you prefer. We replace gutters, box gutters, rainheads, downpipes and fascia and size them for the roof above. Gutter cleaning is not a service we provide.

Metal Cladding
Cladding lets you carry a roof colour down a wall, which is often the neatest way to finish an extension or an upper level. Colorbond is the usual material, and zinc, copper and aluminium are available where the design wants a different character. We bring samples for both to the same visit, so the roof and the wall get chosen together.
