Roof Repairs
Repairs get inspected on the same basis as replacements, which is that we get on the roof before saying anything. If the sheeting is sound and the leak is at a flashing, a valley or a penetration, we quote the repair. If the sheets are perforating, we will say so rather than sell you a patch.

Guttering is cheapest to replace while the roof is already open and the access is set up. Gutters, box gutters, rainheads, downpipes and fascia are all our work, sized for the roof draining into them. We do not offer gutter cleaning as a service.
