Roof Repairs
Where a leak has appeared at the point an older addition meets the main house, that junction is normally the cause. Aprons, step flashings and valleys done in a hurry years ago tend to fail first. We remake those details, replace corroded sheets and renew fixings, and we will tell you if the roof is too far gone for repairs to be worth it.

Adding roof area means adding catchment, and drainage that coped with the original house will not necessarily cope with an extension on the back of it.
