Roof Repairs
Leaks on industrial roofs tend to come from failed lap seals, corroded fixings, cracked translucent sheets and the flashings around plant and ducting. None of those need a full replacement if the sheeting itself is sound. We repair them in place, and on houses we do the same at chimneys, valleys, skylights and wall junctions.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
The bigger the roof, the more the drainage decides whether it works. Box gutters behind parapets carry the whole catchment, and if the sump, the downpipe or the overflow is undersized the water goes into the building during the first serious downpour.
