Yes. A shed roof is the same sheeting, flashing and drainage work as a house roof, usually with longer runs and simpler access. Tell us what the building is and roughly how big the roof is, and we will come and look at it.
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the access, the condition of the frame underneath and whether tiles are coming off. That is what the assessment is for, and once the roof has been looked at properly the quote is fixed and in writing.

Roof Replacement and Re-Roofing
Most of the replacements we are asked about have been patched more than once and are still letting water through. We take the old covering off, look over the frame, the battens and the drainage while they are exposed, then build the new roof in Colorbond with new flashings throughout. Where a roof still has years left in it we will say so, because replacing one early is a large spend for nothing.

Tile to Metal Conversions
Lifting a tile roof off takes several tonnes away from the frame underneath, which makes it a structural change rather than a change of appearance. Some houses need an engineer to assess the frame and a building permit before anything is pulled apart, and we organise that along with the removal and disposal of the tiles. New battens, new steel and new guttering then go on together.

Flashings at chimneys and wall junctions, corroded valleys, split penetrations and lifted fixings are the usual sources of a leak, and any of them can be dealt with on their own. What the assessment gives you is a straight answer on whether you are repairing a roof or replacing one in instalments.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Gutters do half the work of keeping water away from a building, and they tend to rust out before the roof above them does. We install and replace eaves gutters, box gutters, downpipes and rainheads, and we look at the falls and the sizing rather than only the condition of the metal. Cleaning out gutters is not a service we offer.
