Tile to Metal Conversions
Steel in place of tiles gives a lighter roof with no bedding or pointing to maintain and a manufacturer warranty on the sheeting. Because the frame was built for a heavier load, that change has to be assessed and sometimes certified. We organise the engineering and the permit, remove and dispose of the tiles, and build the new roof on new battens.

Roof Repairs
Where the sheets still have thickness in them, a repair is good value. We replace corroded valleys and damaged sheets, re-flash walls and chimneys, reseal penetrations and refix anything that has worked loose. On an older shed the ridge, the barge capping and old bolt holes are the usual places water gets in.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Gutters have to carry what the roof collects, and on a larger roof that is a lot more water than people expect. We replace eaves gutters, fascia, downpipes and rainheads, and we rebuild box gutters so the fall and the capacity are right. Cleaning gutters is not a service we offer.
