Tile to Metal Conversions
Replacing tiles with steel removes a great deal of weight from the roof frame, and that structural change is what makes a conversion more involved than a re-roof. Some houses need an engineer and a building permit, which we organise along with the carpentry. The tiles and old battens are removed and taken away before the new roof goes on.

Roof Repairs
Most of the leaks we are called to come from a failed detail rather than a failed roof. A flashing that has pulled away from a wall, a valley that has corroded through, a split seal at a vent or a loose fixing will each let water in while the sheets are still sound. We find the cause, fix it, and tell you if the roof has more repairs coming.
Gutters, Box Gutters and Downpipes
Gutters are part of the roof and they usually fail before it does. We replace eaves gutters, fascia, downpipes and rainheads, and we rebuild box gutters where the fall or the capacity is the real fault. Cleaning gutters out is not part of what we do.
