Tile to Metal Conversions
Tiles hold decades of dust on top of the ceiling, and lifting them releases it, which is the part of a conversion people are least prepared for. We plan the strip and the re-sheet so the roof space is open for as short a time as possible. The structural side leads the job, because several tonnes of weight is leaving the frame and that can require an engineer and a building permit. The tiles are loaded and carted away as part of the work.

Roof Repairs
Every hole in a roof was cut on purpose, and every one of them is a candidate for a leak. Flue collars, vent flashings, aerial brackets and solar mounting feet all break the sheeting, and what seals them is a detail that wears out faster than the steel around it. Those are renewable one at a time on a roof that is otherwise sound. Where corrosion is confined to particular sheets, replacing that section is a legitimate repair too.

What happens after the downpipe decides whether the drainage works.
